77 Years Of the Ongoing Nakba | May 15, 2025

Thursday, May 15, 2025 marked the 77th year of Israel’s ongoing Nakba against Palestinians.

In 1948 Israel destroyed hundreds of Palestinian villages, towns, and cities, and ethnically cleansed hundreds of thousands of Palestinians.

To shed light on these atrocities and US complicity in Israel’s continued Nakba and genocide against Palestinians, IMEU Policy Project held a discussion with Rep. Rashida Tlaib to discuss the reintroduction of her historic resolution to commemorate the Nakba, H.Res 409, and historians Professor Ilan Pappé and Professor Maha Nassar.
